Frequently Asked Questions

A success fee is only charged to the applicant who wins and completes a job. Job posters never pay any success fee. Additionally, Elite members are completely exempt — neither job posters nor applicants pay any success fee when using an Elite account.

No. Job posters pay 0% success fee on any plan — Free, Pro, or Elite. The fee is only charged to the applicant who wins the job. Additionally, Elite members are also not charged any success fee. The success fee applies only to non-Elite applicants who win the job.

The Elite Plan gives you 0% success fee (both job posters and applicants), unlimited job postings and applications, exclusive Elite Directory access, priority support, and early access to new features.

Log in to your Dashboard, find the payment record, and click "Upload Payment Proof." Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, or WebP. Approval typically takes up to 24 hours.

This rule applies only to non-Elite applicants (Free or Pro plans). Elite members pay 0% success fee, so there is no payment deadline for them. If a non-Elite applicant misses the success fee payment deadline, it will result in 1 strike. After 3 strikes, the account will be temporarily suspended. You can contact us proactively at support@navilinkglobal.com for your account reactivation process.

Only the applicant can raise a dispute, and it must be submitted within 7 days of job selection.
If the deal is not successfully completed, and the dispute is approved by NavilinkGlobal Team, the full success fee paid by the applicant against that job will be refunded to their virtual wallet.
Important: Money refunded to the wallet cannot be withdrawn. It can only be used toward the success fee of the applicant’s next job.
After 7 days, the job is automatically marked as complete and no dispute can be raised. We strongly recommend keeping all agreements and communications in the platform’s messaging system for clear records.

Yes. All conversations on NavilinkGlobal are private and only visible to the participants involved in the chat. Messages are stored securely and are not accessible to other users. Our platform does not share your private communications with third parties. We recommend using the built-in messaging system to keep all job-related discussions on record and protected.

Yes. Job posting is free for all registered users on NavilinkGlobal, regardless of your membership plan. The Free plan does have a limit on the number of active job listings at one time, while Pro and Elite plans offer higher or unlimited postings with more visibility.

Payment proofs are typically reviewed and approved within 24 hours on business days. Premium members may receive faster processing. Once approved, your account status will be updated and you will be notified. If your proof has not been reviewed after 48 hours, contact us at support@navilinkglobal.com.

The Free plan provides basic access with limited job postings and a success fee on completed jobs. The Pro plan offers more applications and a reduced success fee rate.
