Success fees are only charged to the applicant (the one who wins/secures the job) — and only when
they succeed.
Job posters never pay any success fee — zero, on any plan.
Fee structure is fair and transparent:
- Free Plan: 5% success fee (only on applicant)
- Pro Plan: 2% success fee (only on applicant)
- Elite Plan: 0% success fee (complete zero for Elite members)
